Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of Utsav Diwas, operated by Priya Sinha. By publishing an invite you agree to them.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, photos and text you enter. Do not upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful or offensive. We may remove invites that break these terms.

Your private links

After payment you receive a private dashboard link that lets you edit your invite and see guest replies. Keep it safe. Anyone who has it can make changes, and we cannot recover it if it is lost unless you contact us with your order ID.

The service

After successful payment your invite is published at a unique link. Anyone with the link can view it. We aim to keep invites online indefinitely but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invite in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ranchi having jurisdiction.
